The fall CCCOER webinar series schedule is now available.  All webinars will take place on Wednesdays at (11 am PT/ 2pm ET).  Starting August 30, a discussion panel on Open Education Degrees coincides with this month’s Year of Open feature with 10 perspectives on Open Education Degrees.   The series continues with two webinars in September focused on best practices for launching OER initiatives and featuring library, distance learning, and faculty leaders working together to develop OER.  The October webinar is scheduled to coincide with Open Access Week (Oct 23-29) and aligns with the theme of “Open in Order to …” featuring leaders from open repositories and course management systems.   In November, we will be exploring how OER can contribute to student equity and diversity through cost reduction and student involvement in content creation.  December’s webinar examines the essential role that adjunct faculty can play in successful OER adoption and development.

Please find registration information for each webinar below.  Check back here for updated speaker information up to two weeks prior.  This series is open and free to the open education community and we encourage you to invite your colleagues to attend or better yet watch  together and continue the discussion after the webinars.
