Charting Our Future: The CCCOER Strategic Plan 2025-2030

2024 marked a pivotal moment for the Community College Consortium for OER (CCCOER) as we transitioned leadership with the retirement of longtime Director Una Daly and welcomed Heather Blicher. This change inspired us to not only reflect on our achievements but also to proactively map out our future.

Through a comprehensive strategic planning process, we developed two key documents to guide our path forward:

  • CCCOER Program Guide: This guide serves as an essential introduction and resource for all current and future CCCOER members, particularly those on our executive council and committees.
  • CCCOER Strategic Plan 2025-2030: This document directly charts our course for the next five years. It outlines how our community-driven efforts will align seamlessly with the broader Open Education Global (OEGlobal) Plan “Open for Public Good 2021–2030,” reinforcing our commitment to accessible and equitable education.

Together, these documents define our vision, mission, and the strategic roadmap to advance open education in community colleges across North America.
