Join CCCOER’s new From the Field series – a fresh, conversational approach to webinars. Each session begins with a brief 15-20 minute presentation from a CCCOER member or partner, highlighting a project, practice, or experience from the field. We then open the floor for discussion. Come to listen, stay to connect. Whether you’re curious or simply looking for new ideas, these sessions are designed to spark meaningful dialogue and showcase the great work happening across our community.

In this inaugural session, Open Education Instructional Designer Veronica Vold (she/her) will feature equity-minded design choices from the Open Curriculum Development Project. Over the last four years, Open Oregon Educational Resources collaborated with author teams and instructors to create 12 openly licensed textbooks and course ancillaries in Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS), Sociology, and Criminal Justice. Come away with key project resources and concrete examples to adapt in your own OER.
