Course markings in college schedules allow data mining for grants and/or advocacy. How do students know that the course they choose has a free textbook if the marking has an OER as an identifier? How does course marking data affect institutions that quantify the number of faculty using OER, OE Practices and Open Textbooks? Join us for a storytelling panel from a community college institution, state representative and a student leader relating to the practice of measuring impact in open education course markings.
